Hi my name is Lyn Spokes and I would like to welcome you to the Swimtime East Anglia Web page.

I and my partners have been involved in the Leisure Industry for the past 18 years, and have vast experience in all aspects of Swimming programming in Health clubs.

We aim to provide you and your children with an environment where they can learn and develop their swimming ability in a fun and friendly atmosphere, whilst ensuring that they are taught by instructors that are extremely reliable and knowledgeable.

We offer group lessons to mums and babies / toddlers, children and adults, as well as 1-1 lessons for all ages and abilities if required.
