It’s award season for Swimtime and the nominations are coming in thick and fast!
Most recently, the UK Digital Experience Awards. Swimtime have been named finalists alongside; Sixt, Transport for Wales in partnership with ORM and Blue Leaf. In the Transport, Leisure and Tourism category.
Being recognised as finalists amongst so many other brilliant companies shows that the effort, dedication and investment in technology is being recognised by those outside of the leisure industry and is revolutionary outside our industry as well as inside it.
The Digital Experience Awards is now in its 5th year, set up to celebrate the ways digital technology is used to enhance customer experiences.
Swimtime’s entry was primarily based around its development and implementation of SwimCloud. Our bespoke digital platform that manages every stage of our customer journey from booking through to delivery. It manages all communication, payment, teacher planning, lessons, child attainment, Health and Safety requirements and all our digital marketing and advertising needs.
Our team and Franchisees across the Swimtime Family are delighted that the work and investment that has gone into SwimCloud, is not only paying off internally but being recognised as revolutionary in such a competitive award.
We look forward to presenting our pitch in July, on the day of the finals, along with meeting likeminded individuals and businesses who have much to celebrate too.
