Theo, a former senior executive of the Swimming Teachers Association (STA), brings 5 years of strategic experience from the leisure sector with an innovative and fresh approach to developing the business. Having spent several years investing and revitalising Swimtime, Theo is taking this established brand with a 20-year history into a new and exciting chapter with ambitious plans to help support more customers than ever.
Rachel first joined Swimtime in 2008. With a career spanning over 25 years and extensive experience in both start up and corporate environments – predominantly in financial services – Rachel is a management wizard, champion for improvements, and the driving force behind helping our franchises and the whole network to grow and prosper.

If there is something about swimming that Joan doesn’t know, it’s not worth knowing. Joan is a highly experienced National Swimming Teachers Association (STA) Tutor as well as a senior Tutor for the Royal Life Saving Society. Joan leads the Swimtime Training Academy, an organisation delivering wide ranging training internationally.
She is a leading expert in teaching swimming to children with special needs and a senior coach at the Kilmarnock Jets in Scotland. For her work as a coach, Joan won Disability Coach of the Year 2011.

Since joining Swimtime in 2016, Ryan has been at the heart of all the innovative technology projects Swimtime has undertaken. Through his vast previous experience in IT and project management, future projects are in the safest hands.
Rob is our newest member of the senior team. With a strong digital marketing background, his experience in product and digital marketing spans multiple industries, bringing new ideas and perspectives to Swimtime’s projects.
