Swimtime shortlisted for International Customer Experience award

Not content with a double award win at the UK Digital Experience awards, Swimtime has been shortlisted again! The Swimtime franchise network is a finalist at the International Customer Experience (CX) Awards.

The International Customer Experience Awards recognise the inspiring organisations that are delivering an outstanding customer experience across the world. Run by Awards International, it’s a truly global event.

Swimtime will face stiff competition in the Digital Transformation category. They’ll be up against the likes of Shell and Turkish Airlines as well as businesses from the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Brazil.

Swimtime has been shortlisted for development of the Swimcloud platform and the transformational impact it’s had on franchisees and customers.

To be recognised alongside other global brands is testament to the hard work and success of the entire Swimtime franchise network. Everyone involved is pleased and proud of what they’ve achieved together.

The Swimtime team will travel to Amsterdam on 21st November to give a presentation to the judges before the award winners are announced later that day.
