Using the multi award-winning FranScape platform, we use artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver an all-round customer experience that includes easy booking and payment. It also helps our teachers stay in control with all the information they need at their fingertips 24/7.Joel is one of those teachers who fully utilises the opportunity to take advantage of flexible working hours, combining his role at Swimtime with a full-time job: “Swim teaching has always been and continues to be a big passion of mine. The first online celebration of our Swim Teachers took place on Tuesday 24th November.With over 95% of customers saying they are happy with Swimtime Teachers, Swimtime felt it only right to celebrate this with an online Awards event. Attendees were treated to an inspiring talk by guest speaker Andrea Manson BEM and Cerys McCrindle from Swim GB. They both provided a fantastic insight into what can be achieved within Disability Swimming.

The Awards part of the evening was well received with a large number of finalists to choose from, which made the judging a challenging task! With 2 main categories, Swimtime Franchisees Choice of 2020 and the Customers Choice 2020. A panel of judges selected the winners based on set criteria.Overall winners were Doug Hose, from Swimtime South East who won Franchisee Choice 2020 and Joel Valentine from Swimtime Scotland who won the Customers Choice 2020 award. Congratulations to you both! Recognition that is well deserved.After the event, Director of Operations, Rachel Brooks said "It has been fantastic to celebrate our Teachers in this way and to be able to acknowledge the passion and dedication of a great group of people"Thanks go to everyone involved in making the night a great success! Now the planning starts for the 2021 Awards, bigger and hopefully face to face!
