It also helps our teachers stay in control with all the information they need at their fingertips 24/7.Joel is one of those teachers who fully utilises the opportunity to take advantage of flexible working hours, combining his role at Swimtime with a full-time job: “Swim teaching has always been and continues to be a big passion of mine. <h2>Swim lessons: Swimtime Award Scheme</h2>Swim lessons with <a href="https://www.swimtime.org/about-us/">Swimtime</a>&nbsp;follow an Aquatic journey that allows our swimmers to meet Aquatic Friends.Our learn to swim lessons are delivered by our <a href="https://www.swimtime.org/opportunities/teaching/">highly trained</a>&nbsp;Swimtime&nbsp;Swimming Teachers who follow <a href="https://www.swimtime.org/about-us/swimtime-teaching-standards/">internationally recognised standards</a>.&nbsp;These fun and exciting swimming<a href="https://www.swimtime.org/finder/"> le</a>ssons, take our learners though an immersive and exciting programme. This not only teaches stroke techniques but crucially, water safety skills. It ensures they develop the ability to swim and water safety awareness, a skill for life.&nbsp;As the swimmers’ progress through our Learn to Swim Programme they will achieve Awards in line with the programme structure and criteria.
