On Thursday 21st November, judges at the International Customer Experience Awards crowned Swimtime the cream of the crop.
Competing against the likes of Shell and Turkish Airlines in the Digital Transformation category, Swimtime was recognised for its work developing the SwimCloud platform.
Finals day, which took place in Amsterdam, started early when Managing Director, Theo Millward and Operations Director, Rachel Brooks made a presentation to the judges. They explained how the SwimCloud platform has revolutionised the customer experience for franchisees and customers. Fellow nominees were able to listen and learn from each presentation.
The judging panel, made up of four specialists in customer experience from across the globe, was clearly impressed. At the subsequent awards ceremony the same evening made up of 350 people from 150 companies across 31 countries, Swimtime was announced the winner.
